All orders are shipped via common carrier

SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks of receipt of order. If merchandise will be delayed longer than 8 weeks we will advise you of the length of delay.

GUARANTEE: We fully guarantee our ties against defects and workmanship. We stand behind the colorfastness of the ties. If there is ever a problem, return the tie to us and we will replace it. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products*, we will promptly return the purchase price providing it is returned in its original condition within 30 days and it is in its original packaging. The amount refunded will be the original purchase price less the freight charges.

*no refunds for custom designs requested by the customer. However a credit for half of the price of a returned custom tie will be applied toward a new tie.
